Any product purchased directly from Saris within 30 days can be returned for a refund of the purchase price. Returns are only accepted on items ordered directly from saris.com or through Saris Customer Support. Products must be in original packaging, and you'll have to contact Saris Customer Support to receive an RA number and instructions to arrange shipping back to Saris.
Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect shipments. Contact Customer Support to set up a return before shipping the product back.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the products to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
