For all trainers, you will want to make sure that the tire does not slip on the roller when accelerating or sprinting. Also, make sure that the tire pressure is within the recommended specification labeled on the tire by the manufacture.
Black Knob (Wind & Mag/Mag+) - For trainers using our black resistance knob to move the resistance unit up against the rear tire, you will want to turn the knob 2.5 to 3 complete turns once the roller is touching the rear tire of the bicycle.
Yellow Clutch Knob – Our clutch knob works similar to a gas cap on a vehicle: twist the Clutch Knob to the right until you hear the Clutch Knob click. Once you hear the click ,then you’ve reached the correct pressure between the resistance unit and rear tire.
