You can return any product purchased directly from Saris within 30 days and we will happily refund the purchase price. We only accept returns on orders made directly from Saris.com or through Saris Customer Support. Products must be in original packaging, and you must contact Saris Customer Support to receive an RA number and instructions for shipping back to Saris

Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect shipments. Contact Customer Support to set up a return before shipping product back.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
