You will need to contact your local Saris Dealer and ask them about replacement keys. If your dealer doesn't have a master set, please ask the dealer to contact Customer Support. For security purposes we cannot send master key sets to customers direct.

Did you ever get your key from a local dealer? I have tried to have a dealer to ask Saris to send them a master key (two local dealers dont have one and asked me to contact Saris but Saris support does not respond.
I live in Salem Oregon, and neither Salem or Portland has a dealer. Where am I supposed to find a dealer to get a master key?
I could not wait. I found a locksmith (mobile unit) that came to me and picked the lock. I transferred the rack to anther car. It was not cheap($). BTW eventually I did get an email from my local dealer that notified me that Saris did send them a master key. I did not bother to see if they would sell it me or that they would keep it and use it.
