There appears to be an issue with Zwift's roll down protocol, which does not allow for an effective or accurate calibration of our smart trainers. This is not an issue with the trainer itself, but more so one with the training software and how it's rolldown process interacts with our trainers Zwift is hard at work to resolve this.
We recommend calibrating on the Saris Utility app (iOS, Android), and then initiating a Zwift workout for the best result.
